Target boosts its minimum wage

Starting this spring, Target plans to increase its starting minimum hourly wage to $12.

Last fall, Target increased its hourly wage to $11 from $10, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Target also announced free two-day shipping for hundreds of items on Target.com, as well as the expansion of its same-day delivery service to more cities.
