Milan, Italy-based Luxottica Group (MTA: LUX) expects to post sales of $100 million per year through a partnership between its Sunglass Hut brand and Bass Pro Shops.

Luxottica Group, which trades publicly on Italy’s Milan Stock Exchange, this month will start opening in-store Sunglass Hut shops at 160 Bass Pro and Cabela’s stores. The full integration of the Sunglass Hut shops is expected to be complete in the third quarter, according to a news release.

Bass Pro spokesman Jack Wlezien declined to disclose the terms of the deal.

Wlezien said Bass Pro’s flagship Springfield store, 1935 S. Campbell Ave., would be among those to integrate a Sunglass Hut shop.

“The look, feel and assortment will all be geared for outdoor enthusiasts,” he said via email.

Through the deal, Sunglass Hut will become the exclusive seller of sunglasses at all Bass Pro and Cabela’s stores. The Sunglass Hut stores will sell such brands as Ray-Ban, Oakley, Maui Jim and Costa, which already are on shelves at Bass Pro locations.

Bass Pro and Sunglass Hut first partnered in May 2015 with the opening of the outdoor retailer’s store at the Memphis Pyramid in Tennessee. The indoor store in the Pyramid, known as Apex, is a stand-alone shop.

Sunglass Hut also plans to make a donation of an undisclosed sum to Johnny Morris’ Wonders of Wildlife National Museum and Aquarium, according to a separate release.
