Casino mogul Steve Wynn won't receive a severance package from Wynn Resorts after resigning last week.
According to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing, the 76-year-old is “not entitled to any severance payment or other compensation from the company” under the terms of his exit.
Wynn, who stepped down amid allegations of sexual misconduct, also is prohibited from working for any rival businesses for two years.
