St. Louis police probe investigator in Greitens case

St. Louis police are looking into allegations against the private investigator who led the felony invasion of privacy case against Gov. Eric Greitens.

Don Tisaby, the private investigator hired by St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner, is accused of perjury.

Ed Dowd, one of Greitens' defense lawyers, alleged Tisaby lied under oath "about his methods and the evidence he collected" in the case that's now been dismissed.
