Seattle quickly repeals 'head tax' that Amazon opposed

A few weeks after enacting it, Seattle City Council voted 7-2 to repeal a "head tax" on big businesses.

The tax was meant to fund affordable housing and services for the homeless.

However, it faced swift opposition from Amazon, Starbucks and others.
