Pfizer to reorganize into 3 business units

Pfizer Inc. announced plans to reorganization itself into three business units.

Included is a new hospital medicines unit for anti-infectives and sterile injectables. It will be part of the Innovative Medicines business.

The other businesses will be Established Medicines and Consumer Healthcare.
