PETA wants you to stop saying 'anti-animal' phrases

Animal rights organization People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals is asking people to stop using "anti-animal phrases."

For example, instead of "beat a dead horse," PETA suggests saying "feed a fed horse." Instead of "kill two birds with one stone," PETA suggests "feed two birds with one scone."

A flood of tweets immediately criticized and scoffed at PETA's suggestions.
