Republicans and Democrats reached a compromise on the $867 billion farm bill.
The five-year bill leaves out proposed work requirements for food-stamp recipients, but it does leave in provisions designed to prevent fraud and duplication.
Released online Monday night, the compromise bill is scheduled to be voted on this week.
