Microsoft women filed 238 discrimination, harassment complaints

Court documents made public Monday show women working at Microsoft filed hundreds of complaints between 2010 and 2016.

The 238 internal complaints contained allegations of gender discrimination or sexual harassment.

Microsoft officials deny claims by plaintiffs that a policy existed to prohibit women from receiving pay raises or promotions.
