First lady Michelle Obama is scheduled to make a stop in Springfield next week at one of the city's Walmart stores.
The stop is part of a tour celebrating the third anniversary of her "Let's Move!" initiative to fight childhood obesity, according to a news release.
In Springfield, Obama is slated to visit an undisclosed Walmart store Feb. 28 to talk about Wal-Mart Stores Inc.'s efforts to reduce sodium and added sugars in packaged food items and adding a seal to items to identify healthier food choices.
