The owners of the iconic 1930 Chrysler Building have put the property up for sale.
Owned by an Abu Dhabi government fund and New York Developer Tishman Speyer, the building is 77 stories high.
Some believe the Abu Dhabi Investment Council could struggle to retain the $800 million it paid for a 90 percent stake of the property in 2008.
