Hydrox files federal complaint against Oreo

Hydrox filed a Federal Trade Commission complaint against Oreo.

Ellia Kassoff, who owns the Hydrox cookie brand, claims Oreo owner Mondelez International Inc. uses a distribution model where its own employees stock grocery store shelves.

Kassoff alleges Mondelez is purposefully hiding Hydrox cookies in an attempt to lower "sales volume and have us discontinued."
