"Harry Potter" author J.K. Rowling filed a lawsuit against her former assistant.
In the suit, Rowling alleges Amanda Donaldson spent $31,000 of the author's money on unauthorized personal expenses.
Donaldson allegedly used a business credit card on a shopping spree, stole “Harry Potter’ memorabilia worth several thousand dollars and took roughly $10,000 in foreign currency from a safe.
Donaldson has denied the allegations.
