Twenty-First Century Fox is escalating its battle with Comcast to take over European satellite broadcaster Sky.
The new offer from Fox for the portion of Sky is does not already own would value the company at $32.5 billion.
Fox's latest offer is about 12 percent higher than Comcast's most recent bid.
