Federal prosecutors probing Fox News

The U.S. attorney's office is investigating Fox News' settlement payments for sexual harassment claims.

The probe involves whether Fox News should have reported the settlements to the shareholders of parent company 21st Century Fox.

Fox News has settled on multiple occasions over allegations of sexual harassment by former Chairman Roger Ailes.
