Ottawa, Ontario-based Rhapsody Strategies Inc. expanded to Springfield through a local hire.
Noble Bowman, who has consulting experience with for-profit and nonprofit ventures, in March launched Rhapsody Strategies’ fourth office — and its second in the United States along with one in Albany, Georgia.
Bowman leads Rhapsody Strategies’ Springfield operation as a business coach. Rhapsody Strategies also provides consulting, branding and marketing assistance for companies.
“It’s a combination of businesses that need help and businesses that are doing well and want to keep developing strategies for growth,” he said.
Bowman currently has five clients, including DermaHealth Laser & Skin Care Clinic and the Cary D. Prater Real Estate Group of Keller Williams.
Rhapsody Strategies helps companies develop three-, six- and 12-month strategies to identify areas that are lacking or build upon existing ideas..
“It is working with the leader to develop some of the leadership skills and tools that they need to lead and manage their teams,” Bowman said.
Bowman brings experience from Classic Rock Coffee, where he worked in franchise development, Missouri State University, for which he worked as a football team life coach, and at Noble Communications, where he was a cultural analyst and insight strategist, among other positions, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Bowman currently works out of an office at Classic Rock Coffee, though he said Rhapsody Strategies may expand into a larger space as it plans to hire more local business coaches.
