Bill O’Reilly forced out at Fox News

The Murdoch family has made the call to cut ties with Bill O'Reilly.

The star of "The O'Reilly Factor" has come under scrutiny this month after The New York Times posted an article about a series of sexual harassment allegations and settlements.

More than 50 advertisers have since abandoned his show.

“After a thorough and careful review of the allegations, the company and Bill O’Reilly have agreed that Bill O’Reilly will not be returning to the Fox News Channel,” 21st Century Fox said in a statement.
