An LLC affiliated with Greenwich, Connecticut, real estate firm Starwood Capital Group bought a Bass Pro Shops store and 15 adjacent acres in Little Rock for $21.9 million.
The Outdoor World retail store that spans more than 104,000 square feet was built in 2013. The building and property at Little Rock's Gateway Town Center was last appraised at $12.2 million.
"Under the new agreement, we are a tenant with a long-term lease in this location," Bass Pro spokesman Jack Wlezien told the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. "There are no changes for our customers and we will continue operating in Little Rock as we have in the past."
