Springfield Business Journal was invited to a media preview on March 14 of Pyramid Foods’ new natural foods concept dubbed Ruby’s Market. The store opened to the public this morning. The 2843 E. Sunshine St. former Dillons store has nearly 90 employees but will employ well over 100 at capacity, officials say.
