HCW Marketing Director Jennifer Dellinger said the Queen City’s first Pie Five Pizza Co. will be housed in 2,160 square feet of the three-bay shopping center. HCW originally planned a 10,000-square-foot, five-bay shopping center but, sized it down. The national restaurant chain, a sister company of Pizza Inn, already operates in Branson, Chesterfield, Independence, Kansas City, St. Joseph and Lee’s Summit. Dellinger said other tenants in the center are Starbucks and the city’s second Jersey Mike’s Subs.
