Project description: Owner Gregg McNabb is relocating after 14 years at 3230 E. Chestnut Expressway due to a Missouri Department of Transportation project outside the store’s front door. He reached a buyout settlement with MoDOT for its bridge project over adjacent railroad tracks on East Chestnut Expressway, along with an accessory road designed through Gene’s Gallery property. On Glenstone Avenue, a Ye Olde Buggy Bath was demolished to make way for McNabb’s new motorcycle aftermarket product shop that specializes in Honda Gold Wings. McNabb said the new store would feature expanded ladies apparel, helmet selections and a service shop.
