: The fifth and final building in Farmers Park will be anchored by Guaranty Bank, which has committed to occupying 26,000 square feet across three of the building’s four floors. About 2,000 square feet is reserved for retail on the ground level and another 3,500 square feet for a restaurant tenant, said Morelock-Ross Builders project manager Steve Guilliams. The project also includes a roof terrace, he said. Architects designed the building to meet Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design-Silver certification. Green Circle Projects officials declined to disclose the lender; a deed of trust filed by the Greene County recorder indicates Commerce Bank last year issued Farmers Park $17 million in long-term financing.
