Dromborg Castle in Fayetteville for sale at $9.7M

Homebuyers in the market for a five-bed, four-bath castle now have a $9.7 million option in the South Mountain area of Fayetteville, Ark.
 
The 12,000-square-foot Dromborg Castle, which took four years to build, is the property of Joan and Bruce Johnson, owners of Fayetteville-based White River Hardwoods.
 
The price tag is down 30.7 percent from $14 million when the castle was first listed a few years ago, according to Arkansas Business.
