Charter to relocate former Time Warner HQ

Posted online
Charter Communications plans to relocate Time Warner Cable employees from Manhattan following its $55.1 billion purchase of the company.

Charter will vacate Time Warner's former headquarters in 75,000 square feet at the Time Warner Center when its lease is up at the end of this year. The move would mark the first vacancy in the center since it opened in 2003.

The former Time Warner employees will move to Stamford, Conn., where Charter operates its headquarters.
