MGM buying full stake in top Atlantic City casino

MGM Resorts International penned a deal for Boyd Gaming's 50 percent stake in Atlantic City's top casino. MGM owns the other half.

The company is paying $900 million for the stake in the Borgata casino.

The deal is expected to close in the third quarter.
